Eating more plants and decreasing or eliminating the intake of animal products is the number one way for humans to optimize their health and slow the destruction of our planet. And also - it’s delicious!

As a plant-based chef and sustainable warrior, Liz offers a variety of services to assist individuals and community in reaching their goals.

Liz is the chef and founder at Santosha Nutrition, a plant based business focused on sustainability education and solutions. She offers interactive plant-based cooking classes, farm to table experiences and has a new plant-based cookbook available.
